Operation Valentine: Spreading Love on the Day of Hearts

Evergreen Rotary’s Kimra Perkins has found a way to make the Day of Hearts extra special.

Fabulous Valentine kits were distributed for a donation of $25 to the Evergreen Rotary Foundation.

Through these homemade kits, Rotarians were not only able to delight their loved ones with a truly wonderful Valentine gift, but more importantly, they had an opportunity to support a worthy cause: our Club’s literacy project in Ethiopia.

An integral part of this year’s International Club Service Fundraiser, the proceeds from these homemade kits benefit the family literacy project in Yetebon, Ethiopia (in cooperation with Project Mercy).
