Please join me in considering the following two individuals for membership into our Evergreen Rotary Club.

  • Samuel D. Smith lives in Evergreen with his wife Linda. They have one daughter and one grandchild. He is a retired banker from the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. He very impressively retired as a Senior Vice Pres. Sam attended Georgia Tech and received a graduate degree from Georgia State University. Sam admires most his wife. His favorite book is The World is Flat. He enjoys golfing, tennis, fly fishing, and hunting. He is interested in Rotary fellowship and community service. Sam is also active in the Rockland Community Church. His sponsor is George Johnston.
  • Justin Atkinson is a new member of the Evergreen Community. He has spent the last approx. nine years in school. The last in Dallas, Texas, to become a chiropractor. He said that he drove around for five days, and ended up in Evergreen during our Holiday Walk, and knew that this was the community for him. When he is not growing his practice, he enjoys all outdoor activities. Justin is interested in community service. His sponsor is Bill Manning.
