President, Evergreen Rotary Club

Happy hump day once again — I hope your week’s going well.

Our meeting this Friday will focus on our club and where we’re going. We’ll induct some new members, graduate some Red Badgers and then spend a little time talking about:

(1) what the club is doing now;

(2) what the club expects to do in the future; and

(3) ways we can all get plugged in to projects and activities we enjoy.

To that end, I ask the chairpersons of the avenues of service and/or the heads of the various projects to please shoot me a BRIEF summary of (A) your current activities, (B) your plans for future activities, and (C) any staffing needs. THANKS in advance for your help.

Lastly, we’ll have the second installment of our monthly “Humanity in Motion” series. This profiles the lives and/or work of our members — this month Jack and Sondra Kellogg — and gives us a great opportunity to better know and draw inspiration from each other. Jack’s good humor, coupled with Sondra’s dedication, promise to make for an entertaining talk. Don’t miss it!

All the best,
Mark
