Said Club President Mark Vickstrom in his pre-meeting e-mail: “We’ll induct some new members, graduate some Red Badgers and then spend a little time talking about: what the club is doing now; what the club expects to do in the future; and ways we can all get plugged in to projects and activities we enjoy.”

Highlights of October 5, 2007 meeting:
- Hanna Holt and Dave Rommelmann were honored as Paul Harris members
- Douglas Spencer, John McDaniel, and Lisa Bilgrave graduated from the Red Badge Program
- Justin Atkinson and Samuel Smith were inducted as new members
- Humanity in Motion: Evergreen Rotarians Sondra and Jack Kellogg gave us a great opportunity to better know and draw inspiration from each other
- Awards:
- Joan Spalding accepted a check for the Capstone Project
- Greg Kissler presented a check to his neighbor for North Evergreen Activity Trails
- Bob Wallace accepting a check for Bach Mai Hospital
- Sharon, from the Mountain Resource Center, accepted a check from Gail Ridings
- Art Gutierrez and Linda Juntunen for Interact Scholarships
