Just a heads up on a very special program this Friday. Our club is partnering with the Rotary Club of Vihiga, Kenya to provide supplies and equipment for a transition center for street children in Kisumu, Kenya. The project leaders, Dan and Patty Schmelzer, are here from Kenya to meet you, thank you, and explain about the project. Kudos to Joan Spalding for shepherding the grant application through the process to final funding!
