April Road Warriors

Not everyone in attendance made this photo op.

But an audit of all documentation supports a count of 33 Road Warriors on the job on Saturday, April 19!

AND THAT’S A NEW RECORD!

Of course this includes offspring, friends, spouses and something under 30 actual members.

The crew disbursed around 7:15 a.m. after a somewhat chaotic Krispy Kreme donut grabbing event in the El Rancho parking lot.

Trash amounts were relatively light thanks to our consistency in getting out there at least twice a year.

Everyone was off the road by 8:30 a.m. thanks to strength in numbers.

AND THAT’S A NEW RECORD!

Thanks to Bob Meade, all the recyclables in white bags were picked up from the roadside and delivered to the Evergreen Disposal transfer station.

The orange bags containing everything else will be picked up by CDOT.

Next opportunity to set a new record—maybe this summer, maybe in the fall.
