Habitat for Humanity

To all who volunteered to work on the Habitat for Humanity Project:

It’s time to get those hard hats, hammers and gloves ready to go!!!!

Susan Brubaker, our contact at Habitat for Humanity, would like us to work on Saturday, May 10 at the Habitat House located near the Evergreen High School.

The volunteer day is from 8:30am-4:30pm. However, if you can only spare a ½ day, you can still participate! Please be on time for the very important safety instructions and orientation. Please bring a sack lunch, water bottle and plenty of water, sunscreen, and wear sturdy shoes. All necessary tools and safety equipment will be provided. If you’re planning on bringing other volunteers, please be sure that they are at least 16 years of age.

You will need to logon to the Habitat website to register as a volunteer AND print out and sign the volunteer waiver before you arrive at the worksite on Saturday: www.bluesprucehabitat.org.

Habitat is very grateful to Evergreen Rotary for the interest in their program. Let’s show up in full force and show them how great we are at these construction projects.

Any questions? Please call Karen Lindsay, Jerry Williams, Mike or Ann Moore.
