Rotarian, Carol Carper, discusses her work in Kenya
On March 6, 2017, Evergreen Rotarian Carol Carper was interviewed by Maurice Washington on Executive Talk about her work in Kenya. For the past ten years, Carol has been building self-reliance, first in the community of Uluthe, a village of 700 in East Uholo, and more recently in Sigomere Ward, an area of 56,000 people, through sustainable agricultural practices. Along the way, she has ventured into a wide variety of other areas including childhood nutrition, self-governance, medical practices, and business development.
